Alex,17 and Macaila Marshall,14 were on a sofa dead from gunshot wounds.  Their father, Phillip Marshall. Phillip or, Philip Marshall, 54 was a career airline pilot who claimed to have once served as a contract pilot for the CIA and DEA during the Iran-Contra affair.  The noisy, loud family dog was shot in another room, then Phillip Marshall supposedly shot and killed himself.

The crime scene was the family home in an upscale gated golfing community in Murphys, California. 

Local news reports mentioned that teen friends of Alex Marshall, and Macaila Marshall (both of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), 14, noticed the teens had not been inactive via text and social media updates since Thursday which dutifully required a checkup on Saturday.

Their final posts to Instagram and Facebook were dated Thursday night.

The friends notified police that upon arrival, they found Phillip Marshall, 54, "lying in a pool of blood inside the home," with a 9mm Glock pistol near his body.


Philip Marshall made a statement in 2012: 'Think about this. The official version about some ghost (Osama bin Laden) in some cave on the other side of the world defeating our entire military establishment on U.S. soil is absolutely preposterous.  This is especially ridiculous since OBL or UBL has been impersonated poorly since 2001 when he died. This is why Bush was not interested in raiding Osama Bin Laden, somebody would get killed and the fake would be exposed making Bush look bad.  Since  the fake is dead and the political donors worldwide sponsoring...want the ones responsible for OBL's doppleganger's demise to be likewise and all their fellows.  So far only a Chinook-full and two in Benghazi to fullfill a promise?



Marshall's estranged wife Sean, the children's mother, was not stateside but in Turkey at the time.

Phillip Marshall has been identified as a former pilot for Eastern and United airlines. He self-published a number of books, including at least two about his 9/11 conspiracy theories: "The Big Bamboozle" (February 9, 2012) and "False Flag 911: How Bush, Cheney and the Saudis Created the Post-911 World" (July 29, 2008).

Phillip Marshall's earliest book, a novel published in 2003, "Lakefront Airport, New Orleans," detailed his unsubstantiated Iran/Contra US pilot experience.  He never mentioned Mena Airport in Arkansas.

His resume included his role in the 1980s as a Learjet captain first as part of a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) sting on Pablo Escobar, and later in the covert arming of the Nicaraguan Contras in the fight against friends of influential congressmen. Phillip Marshall was supposedly flying shipments to and from Nicaragua, but never landing at Mena Airport, often called the most infamous airport in the world.
Phillip Marshall had studied and written about alleged covert government special activities and Wall Street scam artisis, lapdog media moguls, and their well funded politicians for around 30-years.

The "police blotter" check revealed that Philip Marshall had "run-ins" with the ex-to-be wife and her sister but no violence beyond "calling the cops" on each other, complaining.

Philip Marshall gave various interviews, advocating Sean Payton, head coach of his beloved New Orleans Saints, who Marshall believed got a raw deal from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. Commish Goodell suspended Peyton for the football season over a controversial “bounty system” that encouraged Saints players to injure their opponents.  Marshall saw this as a "gray area" since other football teams do the same thing without offering actual money amounts on the sidelines.

It had been several years since Marshall flew for United Airlines, but FAA records detail that he maintained and kept up his pilot’s license. In a private plane dragging a “Free Sean Payton” banner in August and September of 2012, he flew over the Saints’ practice field and later the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. which is home to the NFL’s New York Giants and Jets.

Publicity of the flights was over New Orleans’ WWL Radio with the flight plan for the MetLife fly-over  the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan the Hudson River and even the 9/11 site known forever as Ground Zero.
According to New Orleans’ WWL Radio, the New Orleans’ Saints had been Marshall's favorite team since he and his father attended the club’s inaugural game in 'way back in 1967.

Many sympathetic fans agreed with Marshall in the Payton suspending incident, voicing protest against the NFL.  Recently after a reasonable time, the Saints quietly reinstated Coach Sean Payton on Jan. 22, 2013, which was "a few weeks early".  This must have made Philip Marshall happy several days before the tragedy even though it may not be a super final year for Drew Brees who took Peyton's place for awhile.(9)

Phillip Marshall's books and his social media bios include multiple Facebook accounts, a Twitter account and a Tumblr.  Marshall claimed to have served as a contract pilot for the CIA's Special Activities Division during the Iran-Contra affair.
He appeared on "outsider truth" shows like Coast to Coast to promote the theories detailed in his books that 9/11 was an "inside job," the result of a plot between the US government and the Saudis but left out any mention of "pulse beam weaponry" and aluminothermic (thermite) materials.(7)(8)

No explanation has ever been offered as to WHY this trial has taken so MANY YEARS.  Lawyers paid by the hour to drag this out forever? This is a PRETRIAL!?!?
Founding Father Thomas Jefferson advocated a speedy two week trial with possible HANGING OUTCOME to take place on Monday should a trial end on a Sunday.

Many many persons advocate giving Khalid Sheikh Mohammed his choice of several ROPES, new and otherwise used ropes for his final "reward" to go see the famed "72".

Yet another of the defense lawyers, Commander Walter Ruiz, stated, "Is this a system that we can believe in? Who is pulling the strings? Who is the master of puppets?"

The five defendants are charged with training, funding and aiding the al Qaeda hijackers who kamakazied commercial jets into the World Trade Center twin towers and the Pentagon in 2001, murdering over 2,976 people. The five could be executed if convicted of charges that include murdering civilians, terrorism and hijacking, but will be released in a few years if they do not die of old age FIRST.  This fine kettle of rancidity  is fodder for effervesing conspiracy theories (4) which abound.  Philip Marshall was a leading proponent of conspiracy (3)until his recent demise, including his entire stateside nuclear family AND the family dog.  As with Ruby Ridge and the Waco Branch Davidian cases, the dog (or dogs) were early victims to prevent warning of human victims to make the tasking easier.  It is a good thing that recently prefected corneal photography has enabled photographing embeded eyeball images that will reveal who really killed Philip Marshal.

Neighbors attest to the normality of Marshall and family. This is in direct difference to politicians in general especially those the US Senate who appear to be as immoral as Obama has described them to be.  People also try to "walk a mile" in small town law enforcement's shoes and STILL want this investigated.  We do not watch "too much CSI and NCIS" and this is NOT 1909!  Police have a lot of resources not available "in the old days" and need to be observent.  Many forensic tests are inexpensive and one does NOT need to be Pauley Perrette or have her equipment.(10)

As for an outside killer's motive, most ascertain that being promoted then demoted would not be enough motive even for a political appointee.
